Peep Week 2010 – Day 1
Greetings Peep Lovers, Peep Tolerators and - yes – even you Peep Haters! It’s that time of year again, the time of year when we gather ’round to rejoice and celebrate those little blobs of sugar and marshmallow.
Peep Week 2009 set the bar quite high and a few of you have even written to me asking if there will be another movie this year. Need I remind you that The Peep Show took ELEVEN YEARS to make? Yeah, that means that I worked on that for almost 25% of my life. So, lower your expectations right now because I am still recovering from my Peep opus. That said, I have some great stuff for you this year.
To kick things off this year, I want to share the following video with you and ask that we all spend some time thinking about our own actions and attitudes towards Peeps. Awareness is the first step…

I am terrified thinking about exactly how big that peep Godzilla is holding is! It is probably like the size of a double decker bus!

OMG the horror! Why have Peep Abuse Hotlines not been established nation-wide. Where is MAPA (Mother’s Against Peep Abuse)? Why are we not marching in the streets demanding Peep rights? Oh, I know, cause I love me some fire roasted peeps.

ELEVEN YEARS? Well, you’d better get started on the sequel sooner than later, don’t you think??
Thank you for the disturbing exposé of the darker side of peep life. I don’t think I’ll ever look at a peep in the same way again. Let the celebrations commence!!
